Sometimes people wanna simp for Disney. I know a couple who are currently working there (SWE and PM) and want to for their whole lives. They acknowledge pay is peanuts vs Big Tech but they met while working as low wage employees at Disneyland and want to continue giving loyalty to "their first employer." Disney simps hit different.
