Why their job portals are so messed up? I have seen when I hit apply it redirects me to either Workday or the other in-house portal. I have been applying to job positions there but haven't got a single response from their recruiters. #disney #disneystreamingservices #hulu #hotstar #media #entertainment
No more Hulu
Disney as a whole switched HRIS platforms so it's a completely new system they are trying to direct candidates to.
Yes, I saw that too. Few of the job applications I used their old system and few I did with new. However, I never got a single response back from their recruitment team.
It’s a sign to not work here
I got hired earlier this month. I had to re-fill out my application on the new system after I got my offer because it was midswitch. So I don't know I'd they are actively using the old system for any positions people posted to any longer. And who knows if a transfer cab happen and if so if it happens correctly to move candidates and such over.
