110k base, 7-9% target bonus, 44k LTIP (vests at 25% over 4 years), 15k signing. San Francisco office. What do you think of this offer? Trash?
Use it to get a better offer at fb watch
Ur worth 500k, don’t settle.
That's barely poverty tier in SF.
Take it. Bernie will win next year and force Disney to use their Avengers profits to pay you a middle class wage.
I’d get another offer- see if you can leverage that to get a bit more, and if you’re excited about launching a new product it could be really fun / lots of growth potential / etc.
I have another offer. They told me that's the best they could do.
Seems low for SF. Could be a bad call on their part. Part of working at a non-tech company tho..
LTIP?
Long term incentive plan
Thanks, never heard of those. How are they different from RSUs?
For new grad this is a good offer from Disney’s point of view, I am not sure what lifestyle it gets you in Bay Area .
Yeah it's a good offer for Disney... But not a good offer for a part of Disney trying to be a tech company... Hulu new grad for LA area is: 118.5k base, 15% target bonus, 29k LTIP over 3 years, 50k signing... Considering that Hulu is soon joining the Disney family, this doesn't bode well for Hulu.
And they want to compete with Netflix? Lmao
Surprised Disney is hiring New Grads to help launch an entirely new product
They aren't for the most part. There's very few newgrads here.
It's okay, just make sure to collect food stamps.
