I'm not DMED, but I am a SWE in corporate. My bonus was 30% above target, and my LTI refresher was 12% above target

Do you mind shaing your base target for bonus and LTI refresher? I heard for P4, it is about 20% for bonus and 45% for LTI. Also, are you guarantee to get your target bonus and LTI every year? How were you able to get so much above your target?
