what’s the typical base salary/bonus structure for Sr data analysts at Disney+? Do they give RSUs?
Media companies don’t pay well. I worked all all major networks (Disney, NBC, Viacom). None give RSUs below Sr Director if I remember correctly. TC only comprises of base comp for junior roles. Some don’t even have year end bonus. Glassdoor is probably accurate since they staff 100k+ people at any time
For tech roles at DSS, TC comprises of: base, LTIP (in the form of RSUs), annual bonus.
Cool 😬
Expect about 20% lower base salary than the market price, with no additional compensation- rsu, bonus or otherwise.
LTIP was cash deposited in an investment account, not RSUs, when I was there in an Exec Dir role. Left about 1.5 yrs ago.
It’s RSUs now.
I can confirm. RSUs now. My coworkers weren't too happy about it.
Engineers in my org definitely get RSUs, but we don't have data analyst so I cant comment there.

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
Disney pays a little under market. No RSUs. They like to hire Disney super fans who are willing to work for less.
