Are Disney+, Hulu, and DSS salaries similar? What is the expected TC for someone with 2 YOE in each of these orgs?
Also Disney is making sure all new employees hired at other divisons are getting paid less
At hulu too? How many % less for SWE
I remember seeing a post about their Sr DA offer a few weeks ago. Looked like they were getting paid in the same salary band as other DA. Maybe we're not fully integrated financially until FY21
Is that your first installment of ltip?
How does LTIP work?
Disney+ engineering falls under DSS. Disney+ might have some product folks but there is no engineering under that umbrella. As far as salary goes expect base about 120-140 with 20K LTI and 3-5K bonus
if you look on levels, i think it’s obvious hulu and other aquihires get paid better than disney. disney streaming is also an acquisition from bamtech and i think their pay and benefits stuck around for years. disney doesn’t pay well under the main brand
