Does Microsoft even have some sort of diversity or is it now full of Indians? I get approached by the Microsoft recruiters but I feel like under the guise of diversity and inclusion, Microsoft has actually filled up Indians and skewed the diversity to the other extreme. Are Indians a majority at Microsoft?

Asians - what are your thoughts on asian female white male ?
All Microsoft employees I know are Indian. Maybe because I’m based in India.
What nationality are you?
There is no diversity quota for Indians or Chinese. They have to clear interviews the hard way.
other people also don’t have their ethnicity as their interviewers so what do you mean the “hard way”? diversity quota isn’t the best but stop saying shits like non indian/chinese have it easy.
Lol 😂
It’s because Indians are the smartest ones
Yeah, right. Indians approving smartness of Indians. Fair enough.
About 60% of everyone I know in tech is Indian, then we have asians, then we have the small population of blacks who pursue tech careers. My company is basically a United Nations
MSFT is diverse. People from both south India and north India
My company is mostly whites, large indian base, some Asians, fewer blacks. We have gay, lesbian, and trans leaders also We publicly publish our demographics at all levels of leadership. We do a pretty good job at diversity & inclusion
Depends on the org, overall there’s definitely a lot of Indians! But I feel like this is pretty common in every large tech company?
All of the software engineering managers I work with at Microsoft are Indian salesmen.
