I'm a married man in my early 30s and I get advertised about divorce across all platforms on my Social Media. I checked with my wife and she almost quit logging into FB recently due to the amount of targeted ads on Divorce she sees online. She said that she looked up celebrity divorce gossip for a while and it has tuned into directed ads about divorce throughout her feed. I understand how targeted ads work and am disgusted with the ethics of social media corporations and the divorce industry. The internet has a longer memory than you can handle. So be careful of what you put out there. #mentalhealth #cookies #socialmedia #marriage #divorce
I already hate that I search for an office chair, buy it same day, and then it’s a month of office chair ads.
Celebrity divorce huh?
My thoughts exactly. I’m single and I never see any ads about divorce. The algorithm knows all.
You need to have an honest discussion with your wife. Is there more to it than just searching for celebrity divorce?
I did think of this question and asked her as soon a I saw the ads. To make a long story short, It was ruled out.

What should you be careful about again?
LOL.
The algorithms know your situation better than you know yourself sometimes. I recommend starting cardio/diet just in case.
