On a regular basis for " performance reasons " , no layoffs related to budget since elimination of agile job family.

Talent Acquisition and HR had job elimination/budget layoffs a few months ago but that ties to the decline in expected hiring. Expect more layoffs in the support staff functions but not SWE.

Take a look the earnings reports. Total headcount down 2% YoY, 3% since last quarter. So infer what you will from that.

Bruh 😂 OP do not listen to him, it is 8-15% that get Below Strong Performance Management reviews which leads to coaching plan and/or PIP. Its unlikely that you’ll pass these but I know at least one person who has and is back into the Strong bucket
