Might be a good option if you are in Chicago. It's a burning ship. Tons of failed projects and clueless leadership. Company has a solid revenue stream off selling maps to automotive industry, but finding it hard to stay relevant with new products/ revenue streams. Currently outsourcing by moving to lower cost centers and cutting costs . Also they don't pay that well(I am from the west coast, so not sure about Chicago ) . On the plus side awesome wlb with unlimited PTO and mostly great team mates.

How’s Burlington MA office

Not sure about the unlimited PTO, it's all base on mgr's discretion. So, I wouldn't count on it. That also means when they lay you off, they don't need to payout the vacation. 😉

Unless you are unemployed or want to be looking for a job in 6-12 months, I would not waste my time. In the last lay-off we had people who had left good jobs and came to HERE only to be laid off after only 6 months.

It all depends on your team. I would use an offer at HERE for leverage at another company. Don’t get excited.

I heard the CMO Kristina Bohlmann was fired. So what does that mean, there is no marketing at HERE? I thought that the company was only marketing fluff/smoke. I hope the leadership also had the awareness to fire her leadership aswell.
