i am expecting an offer from them...the team that i met with had very accomplished people. the role is core software development and looked quite interesting. but looking at the posts on blind and just general state of the eda industry i fear i may be going from the frying pan to the fire...... any thoughts?
Do they pay anything?
I donāt have the offer yet, but I am not expecting much. But I donāt get paid much now anyways, and the work there is better and the potential colleagues were very smart which I canāt say about my current role
Move out of eda.
