India PF withdraw: I left India 6 yrs back, now I want to withdraw the PF amount which is not operative

Do you mean PPF? Why not let it run to maturity and then withdraw it in the end? It matures in 15 years anyway.

I almost competed everything but realized in the end that the mobile number linked to my aadhar card is not valid, Without that I cannot withdraw. Next time I visit India I will visit the nearest aadhar center and the. Withdraw my PF.
My account is inoperative, do I need to make operative before link to Adhaar.
In 2014, every employer created UAN for all employees. In that process they also linked ur phone number to it. These two info you should get from you employer and login online on EPFO website. Add a bank account, PAN and aadhar and you should be able to withdraw it online. Trust me it is very complicated!
