Like when employees do GCP, Azure, or aws certifications, do these companies remit employees for certifications or cover the costs partly or completely ? #tech TC - 200k - 10 YOE
AWS reimburses even though they technically have some 50% rule, but realistically you can just expense it if you fail the cert. As far as training goes, we have partners for learning AWS that are free for employees, and we’re building out our own trainings. But to be honest, I just bought a $20 third party training and said fuck it. They pay me enough lol
For reference the 50% rule means that you’re supposed to enter a 50% off code at checkout
Oh nice is it on the wiki?
Microsoft gives employees free vouchers to take Microsoft exams. Their is an internal website to get the vouchers.
Where can I find.

I feel like the poll is meaningless with this kind of grouping. Maybe if you get rid of Google at least. Actually, this shouldn't even a subjective question. You should be able to get a yes/no/conditional answer for each of these companies, so dunno what the poll does for you. By the way, cough up the taxes if you want something from Blind
