Do LinkedIn Sales Promotions come with additional Stock?
I’m curious within the sales org, at what level do your promotions come with additional stock grants? How much is awarded? And has anyone successfully negotiated for more? #lmssolutions

I’m not sure if it’s a hard and fast rule, but I’ve also heard they don’t do additional stock grants within your first year. Outside of that, refreshers are a potential, but yes, rare. Based on one’s I’ve heard about I’d say the average (if you do get more) is $10-$30k.

Any level but really hard to get approved. Everything needs director approval and they have certain allotment to grant.
