Do NOT buy Samsung appliances
I know this might be irrelevant for blind audiences but I want people to know that Samsung appliances are garbage. We had brand new Samsung microwave, dishwasher, gas range and they all broken down recently, one by one. It's only been less than 4 years. They are high end and expensive , and I can hardly imagine how can a microwave stop working? And they just broke down for no signs and no reason. Are they expecting you to replace those appliances every four years or something?? We just replaced our microwave, hired professional to fix the dishwasher, and today the gas range has the issue of no power. I'm really pissed at this point. AVOID SAMSUNG AT ALL COSTS #wfh
Never heard Samsung appliances are high end.
Try amazon basics.
Buy some microwave off Amazon
Donât buy Korean appliances period.
Buy what then? Samsung, LG make up many of the options
There are many USA brands GE, Maytag, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, etc... Itâs more expensive to repair Korean appliances because their parts are harder to find and not everyone service them.
Samsung refrigerators have a design flaw that cause them to fail in the second year, when the warranty has expired. I had to call customer care and threaten them with a class action lawsuit for them to fix the the problem for free. Technician also admitted that he keeps getting called in to fix the design flaw.
It is odd that all 4 failed though. Do you live near nuclear power plant or some weird stuff running under your ground?
No problem with Samsung here and Iâve had my fridge for 9 years.
No problem with Samsung fridge as well other than food getting moldy in a week. New house with a 10k thermador fridge have grocery in there for 2 weeks looking as fresh as ever.
But....but we make our appliances play a korean jingle for a solid minute after they complete their intended tasks... That's worth another 4 years, right? Right?!
Samsung appliances high end? Where would you then place Viking, Miele, Wolf/Sub-Zero, Gaggenau? No, Samsung is mid-range
