Hello friends, I have a Twitter on-site coming up for a senior software engineer position that consists of a system design, coding question(s), and topgrading session. Do any of these sessions carry more weight than the others or are they all more or less weighted equally? I feel like I’m well-prepared for all three, just figured that if maybe some were more important than others I could spend my last bit of prep time on those specific ones. 8 YOE, $183k
What is topgrading session?
Google can probably explain it better than I can, but from what I’m told it’s an in depth look at your resume. Basically just a very detailed behavioral interview that goes over your career
Gotcha! It's kinda the leadership principles thing at amazon
depends on the team
Generally yes
The emphasis on my top grading was how I grew as an engineer over time.
Curious as to how this went as I have onsite this week
