Do past companies matter for L6 at G?
Yoe: 14. I’ve worked at Netapp for close to 9 years now. Worked at another systems company prior to Netapp. I’m preparing to interview for L6 roles in GCP. How much do past companies and the number of years in each of them matter? Is it similar for E6 at FB? #google #facebook
Technically it shouldn’t matter much as long as you are selected for an interview. Only interview performance matters.
