If you plan to present your work and you’ll go over your resume as an introduction and it’s on your website, does it even make sense to bring in any printed for onsite? TC: 135K
I haven't for the past 7 years
Wont hurt anything, I usually take about 10 copies just in case
Doesn’t hurt
Being able to show your resume on a laptop or ipad is more than good enough. If you give other people a paper resume, the only sound thing they can do with it is to put it into the recycle bin.
The interviewers should have it, or at least I’ve never been in an interview as a candidate or an interviewer where the recruiters didn’t provide a print out or pdf of the resume. And like imo the point of a resume is to get an interview, an interview is to fill in beyond what’s on your resume.
I never do except 1 hard copy for the interviewer who forgot their laptop or another interviewer took the resume off the table. Waste of paper.

Thanks everyone — brought a hard copy of my resume and a pad + pen at my Dropbox interview today.
People do. I don’t.
I don't bring it, usually have it on their laptop or have a printed copy. I could see having one copy for yourself to reference.
