Got referral from long time project manager at Starbucks. For customer success role. They sent personalized email to recruiter vouching for me. Should i expect an interview now?

Referrals are no guaranteed interview. Chances are 10x......but from 2.5% to 25% maybe lol
Probably. Starbucks is a very relationship focused company. What does Starbucks need a CSM for? Theyโre B2c, not b2b
POS software and IT issues for employees. Basically CSM for internal users to do training . Also help with new integrations and retail store set up. More of a internal SE role tbh because majority is demonstrations for staff
