Start ups are struggling to raise money and DEI is one way to file for bankruptcy early

You want your startup to succeed? You probably want people who don't think like you, aren't identitical to you, are smarter than you, balance your gaps, different life experiences. Call it whatever you want but to think otherwise is hubris.
This is bullshit. If what you said is true, executives would voluntarily do DEI for company success / $$$, and DEI advocates like you wouldn’t need to persuade people DEI is good.
How diverse was Tesla, Amazon, Facebook, Google in the early days?
DEI should be the primary mission for startups. Once they got that down, the rest is easy and money will start raining down.
