I am a male people manager. Speaking of subconscious bias among interviewers: - There is more bias on female candidates than male candidates. This also depends on candidates ethnicity. - Some interviewers interview attractive candidates with more rigour while some others do the exact opposite.
I care about if they’re good at their job.
If anything I would grill a more attractive candidate more. Never happened,but I won't be surprised if I have this implicit bias
I didn't see the option for, who cares what they look like, the question is if I can work with them. I'm there to work with someone, not be friends with them or date them.
