Without college degree at about 60k if I hit goals.
Degree from state school, TC $140-145. Wish I was able to push it over $160+
15k extra comp is like 7.5 after taxes. Not gonna change your life much, bro. Life has a fucked up way of finding your extra money and sucking it up. You need pretty big earnings movements (maybe like +50k) once you get over 150 to really notice it.
