Do you invest in private companies through EquityZen, EquityBee or similar companies. What’s the minimum investment amount for good companies (Reddit, Rippling etc)? Are there any gotchas? Success/Blunder stories? #personalfinance #investments

Yes. Equityzen. Minimum investment amount depends on your risk taking strategy. I usually reserve a small % of my net worth for these pre-IPO companies. As for gotchas/success/blunder stories, I've learnt the hard way to only bet on the jockey not the tech/product- ex, invest in a company led by a CEO with a previous track record of taking a company public.
