"People aren't fooled"
Just to keep your interviewing skills sharp
No way, I do before interview, I can’t solve the problem again that I solved one month ago, so it is waste of time, do before interview
It's something I want to do but don't get enough time. It's an insurance for layoff but hard to devote time daily.
Sometimes it's hard to find time but I'm trying to do it regularly now. I'm not concerned about layoffs or losing my job but I see it as an investment in my future. It will make easier switching jobs and getting a better paying job in the future.
