Do you think VMware NSX BU would be safe after Vmware broadcomm deal?

I have an offer from Vmware NSX Controller team at Bangalore. Offered MTS 2 TC : 24LPA base + 12% Variable + 4L joining bonus + 20k stocks over 4 years (permanent remote) Worth joining considering I already made 3 switches before and seeking stability for at least 2 years? Another offer in hand is Intuit CX3 BU offering me 25.5LPA + 10% variable + 2L joining bonus + 44k Stocks 4 years but have to relocate to Bangalore. Tech stack at Vmware : Modern C++ + legacy java. Maintenance tasks more than development Tech stack at Intuit : Java spring boot, microservices, aws YoE : 3 TC : 17LPA #vmware #broadcom #intuit

In this uncertainty, it is better to not join VMware. No one knows what's going to happend.

Just go with Intuit

VMware etchsf Jun 11, 2022

Both sucks, intuit doesn’t have work, intuit only has dirty politics , vmware doesn’t have job stability But if there is comparison, join intuit
