Pep.vev why are you so upset and trying to pull the prestige card? I do agree with this person saying those companies are gross but if they believe the companies are hurting the environment or something like that, why would they care about anything you said?
SpaceX owns space, BO can’t get anything into actual space (and no, flirting with the Karman line isn’t space). Not an exaggeration to say that SpaceX has accomplished 100x what BO has… So yeah, unless SpaceX wants to halve your comp, it’s no-brainer.

On the alternate side of this blue is relatively layoff immune. Also if the comp is the same, why not stay and help? Yes SpaceX is definitely doing great, I don't know if that's a reason to go join them though.

Stock at SpaceX has increased 40%/yr on average over the last 10yrs. Can’t say that will continue but the upside potential is probably better than Blue Origin. Base pay will be lower. That said Boca Chica sucks, so avoid like the plague.
It will be at LA so need to move from Seattle to LA. But yes seams like it’s stock is soaring.
Maybe not the best reason to switch but the french fries in the cafeteria in LA are fantastic! Also it overlooks Mission Control which is cool too.
