I dont. But I am curious. I dont tip simply because I feel like I am already spending enough $$$(Uber commission plus driver fee) And budget is tight. I have tipped on rare occasions when driver truly went above & beyond.
Can you give us an example when the driver went above & beyond? I'm curious.
There was an occasion where once a driver helped me put some furniture in his car. I don’t see any nice drivers in NYC.
Once I had a driver put my bike up on his bike rack so I could get it home. Tipped him well.
Once I had mistakenly put the wrong address and realized only after getting there. The driver was nice enough to take the detour and drive me to the right location even though the fault was entirely mine. Tipped him 25%. The fare wasnt much though
Always. Search blind for a thread on this where I was roasted for suggesting you always tip.
I always tip $5 regardless of how short the ride. I don’t have to maintain a car - win for me.

I always tip 20% if I'm travelling on business and Microsoft is paying. I see it as a wealth distribution mechanism.
Like this! Will be mindful the next time I am using Uber/Lyft for company reason! Thanks for sharing.
