Is it just me or is this something we all question...
I dont tip myself when I grind my espresso on the morning
I tip every time unless they’re rude or have a “don’t give a damn attitude”.
You don’t tip to your barista at Work. You pay them a nice compliment and treat them like any other human being doing you a huge favor. In a commercial establishment you always tip depending on service, attitude and social pressure (is if already present for a min of 20%).
Tip if I’m sitting in and they’re going to bring the coffee to me. Rarely tip for coffee to go.
I randomly tip about $100 every month to a server at restaurants if I like their attitude; IMO they work way too hard. I'm usually very nice to the other servers as well and usually tip 18-25% (min $5). I don't tip the baristas much because I don't usually go to coffee places (even if I did, i think I might tip rarely)
Simple. Slip a tenner. Pass your number and write on that note there’s more where that came from. He or she will be thrilled to find a secondary income, and your sugar daddy or mommy username. Or just tip ya cheap Basterts, unless ya TC isn’t what you scream on Blind
More 'rounding up to $5' but sure I guess I tip
I always tip 20-25% everywhere. I just can’t justify being cheap anymore.
As a SWE I get paid way too much and don’t need to deal with awful customers all day. I tip nearly every time on anything more complex than a self-serve cup of drip coffee. Tipped $1 on a $3 doppio this morning.
This. "Never tip" are you guys for real?
