What happens next? Are there incoming layoffs there? Are projects going to be canned? What happens to the future of the agreement cloud?
Run for cover docusign . Layoffs inevitable now
Who knew such a worthless company would make it this far
They weren’t worthless. We went for decades without a document signing solution because Adobe couldn’t figure it out and offer it for free and instead had to manually fill paper after paper in a pdf editor or print it out
Adobe editor also sucks. What a shitty company.
Time to go down
Why would anyone want to work for a company whose product ends up in spam.
Let me check my spam folder for Shopify
Take our CEO he will soon be needing a new company
Resignations with immediate effect always have more to it, than reported. Most likely the new CEO will get rid of the current CEOs hires and place their own people. Happens all the time.
No new CEO yet. The chair will be the CEO in the interim.
I meant when the new ceo takes over
7500 employees in a company that's essentially a plugin. Just like Apple killed most BNPL companies with a single feature annoucement, DocuSign is going to meet the same fate through Adobe, Microsoft or Google. And chimps like Cathie Woods called this disruption lol.
Adobe Sign has existed since 2006 but who uses it?
That's because Adobe CC only came out in 2013, Adobe had no clue how to position or integrate it with their existing product line - that's just opportunity missed right there. Also, personal opinion but I think Adobe should really mary kondo their entire suite. There are way too many tools and no one knows what > 50% even do.
They have been around since 2003
The ceo said that he misread the covid growth and hired lot of folks.
Lol
Docusign employs 7500 people somehow.
Talk about burning money. I could run that company with 15 staff and 500 worldwide sales reps
Lol. That's why you are not running it Ford.
