Can folks at DocuSign share their TC esp stock? Wondering how much folks earn with the stock π Please share TC when you joined, month and year of joining and current TC.
Yea same. 245tc when I joined this year. Now 315tc. I'm a P3 swe. Teir 2 stock plan from what I understood there are three levels of stock plans so when I joined teir 2 meant 220k/4
What are the stock plan tiers?
So there are 3 teirs for each P level. They are reconfigured a lot. For P3 in early Feb teir 2 stock was 180k in late Feb when I signed teir 2 bumped to 220k. My recruiter also slipped and told me teir 3 for a P4 in early Feb was 245k so in late Feb that could have been 285k if they were adding 40k across the board or more if it was a sliding scale. He told me teir 3 is rare all about how much your team wants you.
180K TC when I joined. 1 YOE Got first grant of around 140K at 50/share Then got 2nd grant for promotion of 100K. Now TC is 350K and this change is just in 1 year

Very basic question.. If we join company now, when they give equity, at what price does they give stocks / share? My recruiter is offering 200K worth shares

I was curious too. It's not the stock price of the day lol. Its a ten day average beginning on the month after you're hired to get your share equation
How long does docusign take to get back after virtual on site itβs already 2 weeks and recruiter said will get feedback within a day and now ghosted
Joined in summer-2018 at about 115k and now at 300k TC. Pretty unbelievable
