Docusign India reviews?
How's the WLB and culture at DocuSign India? Apparently it's only a few months old. How's the leadership and the culture? Is there too much work to do and not enough time?
A few of my friends joined there and the work culture is really bad. They need to work with the US at night time. No work life balance. So, stay away.

Leadership is worst
Leadership is worst in the world. Some leaders are hired in India and all are controlled by the incompetent US leaders. Some of the leaders are so incompetent that they wont' get another job if they lose this one. Nepotism is at peak. ADM team director in USA is one of such incompetent who hired by his friend who is VP. Good things is , most of the engineers are good and talented in India as well. Until and unless leadership is changed, it is sinking ship.
What teams do you recommend in India and which ones to stay away from?
Max 2 days in office, I would say good wlb. More orgs are moving to India
