I'm an existing employee and I just got a 40k increase in tc this focal review. New TC 300k ish/ lvl p4/ SEA. (Ish because stock is volatile, coukd be 290-310 when I actuall get it vested next year)

For application design, they’ll give you a requirement and ask you to identify Database schema, API design and some of the Front-End design as well. Spend most of time in DB and API.
