Have an offer from Docusign. What are some perks? Checked the benefits page and didn’t find much. Is docusign cheap with perks and benefits? TC: 🥜
I would stay clear of docusign. It’s a monopoly.
Isnt monopoly a good thing? No competition means more money
That’s what I thought
$600 for stay fit, $1000 for one time wfh setup, $550 for office equipment, $80 pm for phone bill, commuter allowance, espp, 401k match and a lot more.
How much is commuter allowance? And are how office equipment and wfh setup different? Is it for new joiners as well?
$1000 is like extra money you can practically use on anything. i haven’t used commuter benefits, but i’ve heard that it is sufficient to cover your bus pass or parking.
You lot are balling. All Amazon gives is 🍌
OP, mind sharing your DocuSign offer?
- I heard about 6-7k education allowance is that true? Like you can buy books or signup for courses etx - How about sick days? I see that levels.fyi benefits page mention unlimitted however benefit link provided by docusign has 3 days only. - how about mega backdoor?
- $5k per year education reimbursement. Though it can be more if manager wants you to get specific training/certs. - I would be shocked if sick days were not approved for days an employee is actually sick. I've taken more than 3 some years. - Yes mega backdoor.
What can $5k tuition reimbursement be used for? Is it only towards a degree or a certificate university course?
We also get the FOND discount app. Which can get you deals on thing like refinancing and buying a car.
Elaborate please?
Other random perks: Rocket Lawyer subscription, discount on Yearly DocuSign subscription, Daycare FSA, Medica FSA, HSA (if you choose that health plan type), and really good ESPP offering
5 days of adult or child back up care via Care.com, fertility / adoption care benefits via Maven, therapy sessions (12 per year I think) via Spring Health
How does the refreshers look like? And how easy is the P3 to P4 promotions?
From what I've seen. P3 to P4 promotion can take a LOT of back and forth with manager. But getting hired as a P4 just takes a couple rounds of interviews 🙂
What about a P4 to P5 promotion? How long does it typically take? Genuinely interested to know
Main perk I see is most employees seem content and happy at DocuSign. In addition to what others said, ESPP limit is 15% of base and I have heard their CEO Dan is quick to respond to employee requests. Like their ESPP program is relatively new and was brought in because employees asked for it. I see phone/WiFi/setup/gym money as benefits in addition to 100% medical, 401k along with Roth back door and a 6 months paternity leave.
Are you sure that there is a 6 mo paternity leave?
I may not be entirely right. But read this https://www.docusign.com/blog/parental-leave-benefit-extended-to-six-months
Can you please elaborate?
