😂
Yup , only if you have compromising pictures of your boss and know their spouse personally 😁, just kidding
Annual performance based raise of 0-5% on your base salary, and MAYBE some additional RSUs dated out a year or two if your actual comp is projected to be lower than your TC.
So the strat is to get all the RSUs you can during hiring negotiation because that's all you can bank on ever getting? Wrt 0-5%, what's the avg? I would think Jeff "Lex Luthor" Bezos could afford to do a little better for "the little people".
Yep, get as many RSUs up front as possible, very unlikely you’ll get anything meaningful later if the the stock is performing well. I got an L4 to L5 promo and only got an increase in base pay, no additional RSUs, might be different at high levels once your base is maxed out. Not sure what the average raise is, probably 2-3% for those performing well, and closer to 5% if you’re top tier.
This should have been the first response

Only PIP is offered as a refresher every year
Not sure what these other folks are talking about. You get granted more stock each year. It’s a huge part of our total comp
Honestly, it's complicated.
