Does Asana give stock refreshers? If so, how frequently and how large are they?
I got a refresher after my first year that was 30ish percent of my original grant over 4 years. Got promoted tho
I am a manager and can confirm that during biannual performance reviews you are given refresher recommendations by the comp team and, as a manager, you have discretion to make adjustments. Typically refreshers would be annual, but it could happen off cycle if youâve done exceptionally well or if an adjustment is needed to get your comp in line with the market. In general I would say that Asana leans towards being both very fair and generous. The company really does treat employees well.
