Does BD (Becton Dickinson) provide RSU's for all levels ?
Posting for friend in medical devices industry. Seems BD is a public company, but glassdoor salaries don't seem to show any stock components. Are RSU's only for certain job level onwards like Director etc at BD? Not true. Job group 5 and above. I was at 4 and was denied stock.
Yes only job group 4 and above get LTI/RSUs
Is job group 4 = staff engineer or senior staff engineer ? What is LTI?
