Crime is down
Stock is down almost 50% from its ATH in June 2018 and it seems like they are 4th place after Google Drive, OneDrive, and iCloud. Google offers more than 7x as much as free storage as they do. Their closest competitor is also literally called Box. Thoughts? (FWIW, Twitter is not the best stock either).
No it will continue dripping into the lower box
Dripping
They should've sold to Steve jobs
I seriously doubt unless they pull off something new very soon. Their only product might be available free of cost to consumers from big tech (Apple, Google, MS). How are they going to compete?
I think FB might buy them, depending on what grandiose Metaverse strategy they both have.
The box will continue to drop. But twitter can recover soon imo
Is twitter ad effective? Twitter is super influential these days basically every celebrity have it, but monetization is lacking a bit
Idk, but they are taking actions to monetize. Twitter is taking a very unique and interesting position in the social media area. I wouldn’t be surprised if snap or Pinterest dies someday but twitter stands. Dropbox well… just not competitive in its area.
Twitter isn't a great stock but the people uses it are not your average Joe's. Active users are highly influential (e.g. celebs, VCs, e-celebs, etc) and they love it. They use it as their front-page/megaphone. In other words, Twitter will always have ways to stay alive and I don't see that with dripbox
Twitter is power play platform.
Lol, Dripbox. I smell a new blind nickname
Howdy 👋
Their stock has honestly sucked for a long time, even in a prolonged tech bull market where every tech stock was like a 5x at some point
Even bonds and bank interest rates did better for so many years.
