Does Expedia Group grant you the unvested stock if they lay you off?
The economy performance got me thinking about lay offs. I was wondering if unvested stock will be granted when I depart I enjoy my job here but theres always that possibility#layoff #severance
Never heard of any co who does this systematically
At Microsoft, if you are 55+ and have 15 years with the company you keep your shares whether you quit or are laid off
Which is okay because it would apply to approximately 0.05% of employees.
Never heard about anything like that for anyone other than C-levels as part of a golden parachute
