Does FANNG companies allow interns to contribute 401k?

What is the policy like for participating 401k? Does company like Microsoft, Google, Apple, etc allow summer interns to contribute Roth 401k? Microsoft automatically opens a Fidelity 401k account for all interns without any notification and contribution. If so, anyone knows the process?
