One of my friend recently referred me to multiple roles at FB, I was able to secure interviews for two of the roles (program management). I went to onsites for both of these roles, and one of the role I passed the onsite but didnt do so well at the 3rd follow up video conference interview. I have not heard back from the recruiter for a verdict in two weeks so I assume its a rejection. Is there a cool down period before I can get referred and considered again? I am quite interested in the work, as they are very challenging and interesting, so I am hoping to get another shot soon. Thanks.
Is it the same 1y cool off period if one didn't pass the phone interview ? No on site, just 2 phone interviews.
How were you able to go to 2 separate fb onsites simultaneously? Dont they just interview under same process for all roles?
I think for non-tech it works a bit differently as the expertise and fit are different depending on the role.
Was it a specialist role?
I think it depends on your perf in the interview, mine was only 6 months
