I had an onsite interview with FB last week. Today recruiter reached out and asked for my availability for a phone call. Does it mean they are extending an offer? Does Facebook usually reject people over phone or via email?
Google and Facebook always phone irrespective of outcome
Best of luck OP! Let us know how it goes
Usually reject by email. Phone call will be to ask u what level you are expecting and pay. Though they can reject by phone also, but its usually by email. Good luck.
False. It’s generally company guidelines that the recruiter call and inform you of rejection if your interviews were borderline. They do this so that you won’t leave with a bad taste in your mouth and that you’ll apply again. If it’s a bombed interview then it could be either way.
K. Either way he will find out soon enough and I wish him luck
Depends on the recruiter. I was rejected via email (albeit a custom email written for me).
Curious to know what was the outcome
What happened here OP???
Any update?
Either way but lets hope for the best But they usually reject via phone as well
