Does Intel pay for unused sabbatical?
I’ll be eligible for my 1 month sabbatical in August. I’m about to gtfo and trying to see if I should stick around till then and cash out or not.

In oregon you will be paid sabbatical only if you are already eligible. In California you will be paid prorated.

I am already eligible in California and quitting soon! Will it be paid automatically or I have to do some special request to my manager/HR

It will be paid automatically is what HR told me. Manager doesn’t have anything to do with it
