Does NerdWallet up level offers based on interview or competing offers?

anyone have experience with NerdWallet offers? Specifically, do they up level their offers based on interview results? How about if they offer you X and you have an offer from somewhere else that is higher, but not out of the ordinary? This is for a Sr. TPM role. #nerdwallet
