I'm interviewing for a job that is eligible for remote. I would ideally like to meet the team in person regardless.
Is the team even onsite?
Yes
Ya they are and also they act as if they run the world and that every person who interviews with them needs to write assembly level code that runs in one shot. So good luck.
Have you interviewed with them?
Yup. 1 screening and 6 loop interviews, it's for swe though.
What's the role?
PM
Ignore the haters, lord a lot of sour grapes who didnāt make it. If you make it to onsite, it is typically a virtual onsite broken in two parts. One 3 hour part and one 2.5 hour part, both remote.
FWIW I have my āonsiteā interviews scheduled for next weeks.
All the best.
We typically do virtual onsite these days. If you are a local candidate and you would like to meet the team in person, we'd accommodate the best we can
This. If you get an offer, just ask the recruiter if you can meet the team in person before deciding and see what they say. They will generally accommodate reasonable requests.
