Does PNC not mention bonus in offer letter?
Hello Folks from PNC, i recently received an offer letter from Pnc in c4 engineering manager position but it does not say target bonus and just mentions incentive plan. does PNC not write about bonus in the offer letter for C4 i mean is that a standard, and i how much can one can expect? #interview #finance #pnc TIA
Used to work @PNC. They don’t mention it because they don’t want to imply any guarantee to get one. Target ranges are going to vary from 0-20% depending on business unit (higher in revenue generating areas), and the bonus pool available to your manager gets doled out 100% based on their discretion. This means that if you aren’t the rockstar on your team & work in a support area, you may get nothing at all, year after year. If you do end up on a team that generates income for the bank with a manager that personally likes you or at least tries to be equitable, expect 10% in an average year.
