I am expecting L6 offer from Pinterest (SWE), but the recruiter is not straight with comp structure. I know there is no cash bonus, but how about yearly stock refreshers? About me: E6, 8 YEO; 600K tc; I am hitting the cliff this year so time to move :)
There are refreshers every year, depending on performance. From my experience the refreshers are similar or a little higher than FB. They start vesting right away and vest quarterly.
Will the refresher given to people who joined for a little over half year? The recruiter mentioned that it will be given in March.
I got one my first year after only being there 3 months but it was prorated. I would ask recruiter to confirm as this was around 4 years ago.
