Does R&D have good career progression at Atlassian/confluence?
Im currently interviewing for a L6 Sr Program Manager role at Atlassian that would fall in the R&D team within Confluence. I’ve never worked specifically for an R&D team and am interested how that is perceived externally and internally when it comes to promotions and opportunities.
