Does Snap give open offers?
Does Snap give open offers like Google does? I have an offer from Snap and Facebook. Considering trying out Facebook and if the wlb sucks, go back to Snap within an year. TC:230k

What level and TC (for the offers)? WLB is generally better at Snap, but of course it varies by team.
