Does Target offer fully remote work for product positions?
Anyone know if Target is flexible enough to offer remote position in PM capacity or is it strict relocation to MN? TC: 150k

Depends on the position. If you find a position on the careers website you will see it noted whether the position can be remote or hybrid. Not all are remote but there are remote product owners.

As far as I understand, If it is an L7 position you have to be in MN. L6 and below can be fully remote

Many flexible work arrangements are being limited now. As others shared check specific job postings. Very little open right now.
Product like stocking shelves? How would that be remote?
