Does Twitch and Amazon share the same interview process？
Wondering if Twitch and Amazon is sharing the same interview process. I am interested in twitch, Getting so many emails from Amazon HR, and I asked amazon hr, they said if I pass Amazon could do a team match with twitch. Is that true or just they are so eager to hire new people and schedule people into interviews. YOE 4years #engineering #software #swe
I dont think it works like that, even for an internal transfer to Twitch (i.e. from Amazon to Twitch) I would have to do a loop with Twitch. Not sure if that's changed but that was the case 2 months ago.
It’s a separate process, you’ll have to go through a separate loop with Twitch regardless of whether or not you pass the Amazon loop. Your best bet is finding a Twitch recruiter if you want to join Twitch.

TC or GTFO If they told you then just go through the process and if they don't match you with twitch just stop the process there
